  • Collect rent and disperse rent promptly to owners
  • Tenant relations, including rent reminders, enforcing rules, responding to complaints, repair and emergency calls
  • Manage evictions from start to finish
  • Management of all maintenance (actual maintenance work is a separate cost to the owner)
  • All third party expenses (receipts & invoices) will be passed along to the owner. No purchase will be made without prior owner approval or agreement

  • Advertising and marketing of properties
  • Tenant Screening (includes eviction history, criminal records, credit check, and employment verification)

Where would you advertise my property?

In order to save your money and maximize the rental listing exposure, we advertise using online marketing / classified listings. Our web hosting service syndicates our ads to many different websites. I.e. Craigslist.org, YouTube, Hotpads.com, Trulia, Zillow, etc.


Do you provide me with a report of activity on my property?

Yes, we email you a monthly report of rent and other income received, and maintenance, repairs, and other expenses incurred. This will be provided once per month. We are happy and eager to answer any questions associated with your reports.


Can I choose to disallow pets, smokers, large families, etc.?

We comply fully with the Fair Housing Act. This means that you cannot choose to disallow anyone that is a member of a protected class under the act. You can choose to disallow pets and not permit smoking in your home, but you cannot deny a service animal.
